I have not heard of issues with tolerating the L-Serine at that dose. As far as I have read in all the studies and talking to researchers, it does not matter what you mix it into. There is some more information here.

Do you mix it with water or a smoothie… if with water do you take it an hour before consuming food. Looking for the best absorption & tolerability for high doses (15g BID)

It is manufactured in the US from non-animal sources. The primary biomass is non-gmo domestically grown corn.

His wife is disabled also. They can barely make ends meet as is. His wife asked me to find out what suggestions you might have to help them get the L serine. It is so costly.

Also, from where do you get the L serine? I’m taking it as a preventative.
